• The DDM8410R v3 dimming 4-channel executive module is designed to control loads and change brightness of luminaires. The module can control a load up to 1000 W, powered by voltage from 5 V to 230 V DC or AC. Maximum load power 1000 W per channel. The commutated element is assembled on two MOSFET field effect transistors.
Modules have the following features:
• the module has 8 analog inputs for connecting sensors of temperature, humidity, illumination, 0-10V interface, 4-20mA or discrete sensors;
• 4 transistor outputs with a 5A current and a voltage of commuting 230V;
• load power 1000 W per channel;
• each of the four channels is galvanically untied from the other channels and can control the load from a different voltage supply.
• it can control the load both from a variable 220V network and from a constant or alternating voltage of 5V, 12V, 48V, 110V or 220V.
• the module is connected to the RS485 bus via a 4-wire cable, including power;
• the module supports MODBUS RTU communication protocol. The module is controlled under the ModBus protocol by reading and writing in registers;
• built-in real time clock;
• built-in scripts for creating algorithms for autonomous work;
• the module can work together with controllers: PWU12 RABBIT or industrial controllers;
• installation in an electric board on a DIN rail, module width 6 UNIT;
• module power supply from 8V to 25V.
• module consumption: at 24V, current 0.023A, power 0.55W; at 12V, current 0.035A, power 0.42W; at 9V, current 0.044A, power 0.4W.
Transistor modules have the following features:
4 transistor outputs with a current of 3A and a voltage of commuting - 230V;
• load power 500 W per each channel;
• Each of the four channels is galvanically untied from the other channels and can control the load from a different voltage supply.
• It can control the load both from a variable 220V network and from a constant or alternating voltage of 5V, 12V, 48V, 110V or 220V.
• The transistor module connects to the RS485 bus via a 4-wire cable, including power;
• the module has 8 analog inputs for connecting switches, interface 0-10V, 4-20mA or discrete sensors;
• The module supports the MODBUS RTU communication protocol. The module is controlled under the ModBus protocol by reading and writing in registers;
• the module can work together with industrial controllers;
• installation in an electric board on a DIN rail, module width 6 UNIT;
• module power supply from 8V to 25V.
• module consumption: at 24V, current 0.023A, power 0.55W; at 12V, current 0.035A, power 0.42W; at 9V, current 0.044A, power 0.4W.
• Transistor dimmer 4 operating modes:
• 0 mode - Relay. For direct current or disabled zero detector; Frequency period is set in the range of 50 - 65535 microseconds. For a frequency of 50 Hz, the period will be 10,000 microseconds.
• 1 mode - Capacity. In this mode, transistors open when the zero transitions and cuts off the end of the half-wave. Suitable for capacitive loading. The charge of the capacitive load occurs smoothly from zero, and after closing the transistors, the discharge occurs in the load.
• 2 mode - Inductance. Transistors open later, cut off the beginning of the half-wave. Then they close when the zero transitions. Suitable for inductive load.
• 3 mode - Heater. In this mode, transistors open and close when going through zero. The block passes half-cycles 0 ... 100. Suitable for controlling heaters.
• The module has 8 analog inputs with levels up to 5V. The module will respond to any input voltage from 0V to 5V. Inside each input there is a 4.7kOh pull-up resistor to + 5V. Then, after 22kOhm, it comes to the leg of the ADC microcircuit. After measuring the input signal of the ADC, in scenarios one can set any level of response of the input signal.
The inputs are protected against overvoltage up to 25V. One can apply voltage from 5 to 25V. The input will always show the maximum, but the block will not be burned.
The output of the unit is assembled on two oncoming MOSFET transistors and can work with any voltage from 0 to 250V and can regulate direct or alternating voltage. Unlike triac dimmers, the transistor output can work with a small load. It is designed to work with dimmable 220V LED lamps.
The block has scripts that execute sequentially. The scripts are written to the HR100 registers and beyond. Using the scripts, one can organize interaction of any inputs and outputs.
